Will European Union headquarters be in Brussels forever?

Agora a UE é composta por 28 países, logo seria justo que existisse mobilidade das instituições centrais e gerais da UE de tempos a tempos, assim a sede Europeia  não seriam "ad eternum" em Bruxelas, Bélgica.

At this moment EU is composed by 28 countries, it would be fair the mobility of the E.U. central institutions  from time to time, like that the headquarters of the European Capital would not be "ad eternum" in Brussels, Belgium.

MADELEINE MCCANN

The McCanns arrived on Saturday, April 28, 2007, for a seven-night spring break at the two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment.

«02.59 On Saturday April 28th 2007, four British couples accompanied by their children, and one of the couples by the maternal grandmother, arrive at the airport in Faro, capital of the extreme southern region of Portugal. Nearly all of them are doctors. They've regularly spent short holidays together for several years. On that day, they boarded a minibus, available for the tourists to travel the 70 kilometres to their final destination, a tourist complex, the Ocean Club, in the town of Luz, not far from Lagos.

 ...

03.36 On their arrival they were allocated several neighbouring apartments, on the ground and first floor of a block, the rear of which faces onto a swimming pool, a tennis court and a restaurant, the "Tapas." The front entrance faces onto the car park in front of the building, which is surrounded by a one metre high wall, open in the middle. There is no video surveillance or private security. Access to the recreational areas is not monitored either. Luz is a tourist village, built in the 60s - 70s and most of the tourists are British.

«… the maintenance staff visit to 5A that Tuesday morning, to explain the workings of the washing machine and to repair the bedroom shutter. Kate leaves them to it, we are told, as she unexpectedly turns photographer at the tennis courts, where Madeleine unexpectedly appears for mini-tennis (her playgroup was scheduled to be swimming at the pool). We also gain an understanding of the emotional trauma brought on by having to cross the road for ice cream, and the practicality of sunglasses in more southerly climes.

Kate McCann (2011): 'On Tuesday 1 May, after my tennis lesson, two maintenance workers came to have a look at our washing machine, which I couldn't get to operate. Gerry had also managed to break the window shutter mechanism in our bedroom shortly after we'd arrived, in spite of the sign asking guests to be gentle with it. What can I say? It's the Gerry touch . . . The two men looked at the washing machine first. Once they'd established that the problem was something simple – not quite as simple as me not having pressed the 'on' button, but not much more complicated than that – I went to meet Gerry, whose lesson had started at ten-fifteen, leaving them to fix the shutter.'»

Dutch Spiritual medium "Marchien Bakker" went to Portugal to receive messages about Madeleine McCann.

«Crying… she wants to her father and her mother… I hear her saying: … “I’m getting suffocated”… I have the smell “Chlorine”. She is somewhere in a dug-out near a swimming pool… she has gone through in her life…»

01 June 2007

«…

Around her neck, Kate was wearing a set of home-made yellow and green rosary beads with Madeleine’s name spelt in them. During the ceremony, a butterfly landed on her yellow and green hair ribbons, flew away – then returned minutes later to her lapel. She said: "It was strange, but lovely. It was like a small sign of hope."

Her left hand, as always, clasped Madeleine‘s pink "Cuddle Cat" – the soft toy that has become Kate’s last, poignant connection to her missing daughter. Through her fingers she threaded a string of black rosary beads that had been given by the Vatican to comemmorate their visit.

Mr McCann, a 38-year-old consultant cardiologist, never left her side and offered constant support. He squeezed her shoulder from time to time and slipped his arm around her waist.

In the end of August 2007 by commenting in a mass media internet platform on an article about Maddie disappearance someone transmitted the following Madeleine McCann message to its mummy:

«Mummy I forgive you. You didn’t know what you were doing»

A few hours later the comment was erased.

The next day(s) Kate McCann seamed to be very nervous and disturbed in front of TV journalists because during that night she had a dream with her daughter, Madeleine.

 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

«1 September 2007

 Dr Kate:

“On the night of 1 September I dreamed about Madeleine for the first time on four months…it was such a dreadful experience…Although I was dreaming, I could feel her. It was as if parts of my body that had been hibernating for months suddenly began to stir. I could sense the cold, dark days lifting as I luxuriated in warmth and light. And Madeleine was holding me, her little arms wrapped tightly round me, and it felt so good, I could smell her, I could feel her with every one of my senses as I soaked up this heavenly moment. My Madeleine. I wanted to stay like this for ever. And then I woke up. Ice began to course through my body, driving out every endorphin and remnant of warmth. I didn’t understand. What was happening? How could this be? I could still feel her! A heavy boot connected with my stomach and the ache in my chest was worse than I’d known it. I was struggling for breath, almost as if I were being strangled. Please God, don’t let her go! Stay with me, Madeleine. Please stay with me. Don’t go - stay with Mummy. Please, sweetheart, hold on. I love you so much. I started to cry. The crying built into seismic sobs. An unearthly sound, like the howl of a wounded animal, was coming out of my mouth. The crushing pain in my chest intensified to the point where I thought I was going to die. I’d been with her. And then she was gone. Again”.»

Now I’m going to reveal part of the dream of the commenter that erased Maddie’s message to her mummy:

«As Time goes by it is natural that we forget some details but about the dream that I had a few years ago (2007) I still do remember parts of the dream that I had with Maddie and what she told me and showed to me.

One or two days before Kate has dreamed with her I remember that I wrote a comment in a mass media network platform, it was a message, transmitted during a dream night, Madeleine wanted  me to transmit the following message to her mother, Kate McCann:

- “Mummy I forgive you. You didn’t know what you were doing.”

Then I saw what happened, Maddie showed it to me.

On that day her mother gave her a punishment, she putted tape on her mouth, took the upper lid of a rectangular metal box, which was by the swimming pool corner, quiet near the fence of the 5A apartment rear, then she putted her inside the box, her body was the height of the box and fit well inside it, and covered it with the metal box lid.

Latter Kate come back there, in order to, take her daughter out off the box, but her toddler was dead, Maddie died because her mummy had done the last unconscious act with her. Mummy had a drinking problem, -“mummy is always like that, dizzy…”- she said.

But Kate didn’t also had conscience about the box, she didn’t know that it belonged to a part of the swimming pool filtration and disinfection system, she had no idea that chlorine and water used to go true the inside box.

I saw Maddie dying, the water rose up along her body and started entering in to her little nose, drowned in silence inside a metallic box, her last mummy’s punishment was a mortal one… I saw affliction in her eyes and the skin turning in to blue colour …

When Kate was starting to stress in despair without knowing what to do in face of such an unexpected fact and painful event, instead of an alive toddler she fund her corpse inside the box, instead of a admonished toddler she fund a dead child. After all Kate had a drinking problem, has Maddie said: - she is always like that.

Exactly at that moment of Kate despair and inner turmoil a young woman approached in her direction, Maddie said: - nanny.

After a few scenes that I do not remember it was shown to me Maddie’s parents in a boaty (wooden rowboat), they paddled for a while until they were tired, it was day light… even still seeing the sand line of the beach they stopped paddling, as they were so far away from the beach they though that nobody could see from the beach what they were about to do, their daughter funeral at sea.

Then they grabbed the metal box, opened it…  Kate wanted to put in her toddler a fine gold necklace which had a small gold cross but her husband said it was better not to do so, instead she took a rosary and putted it on the girl... in the end they fulfilled the box with stones, shutted it with the box lid, both were turned towards the horizon side with their back to the shore, and from the boat they dropped the box which dipped into the sea floor.»

 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I believe Maddie didn’t forget her mummy as Zazu sings for example on these video

«Zazu - Memory Lane»

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I believe that Maddie, who didn't understand till now why all that happened to her, is still waiting for her mummy to pick her up from the sea floor, in order to give her a dignified and suitable funeral for such a loving human being, only then her soul will rest in peace.

«After having the dream with Maddie when I listened, for the first time, to Moana’s song “How fal I’ll go” I cried a lot, according to my dream Madeleine McCann story's in a song:

Lyrics:

«… I've been staring at the edge of the water long as I can remember, never know in or why. I wish I could be the perfect daughter but I come back to the water, no matter how hard I try... every road leads back to the place I know…see the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me and no one knows how far it goes… One day I’ll know…I know everybody on this island seems so happy… everything is by design. I know everybody… has a role…so maybe I can roll with mine… I can lead with pride… I’ll be sad and spy if I'll play all long …but the voice inside sings a different song. What is wrong with me? See the light as it shines on the sea? It’s blinding but no one knows, how deep it goes and it seems like it’s calling out to me, SO COME FIND ME … will I cross that line?»

«From deep in the realm of the dead I called for help, and you listened to my cry.

You hurled me into the depths, into the very heart of the seas, and the currents swirled about me; all your waves and breakers swept over me.

... ‘I have been banished
from your sight;

the deep surrounded me; seaweed was wrapped around my head.

But you, Lord my God, brought my life up from the pit»
