 Abstentionnists should have fully right to their secret ballot in all elections as the rest of the all voters.

At the stage of votes counting and seats distribution   abstention votes should favour the smallest parties over the largest parties, it would be fair because until now the "famous" Hondt method simple ignores the abstention voters, which proves that these actual system of votes distribution   is not a truly proportional method because it just favour the largest parties over the smallest.

Another solution could be that the abstention votes should decrease the seats of power.

Os abstencionistas deviam de ter pleno direito ao voto secreto, tal como todos os outros cidadãos eleitores têm.

Na fase do apuramento dos resultados os votos na abstenção deviam de tirar votos aos partidos da maioria e acrescentá-los aos partidos da minoria , seria justo já que até à data na fase do apuramento dos resultados (do "célebre" método de hondt) grande parte dos votos nos partidos eleitos em minoria revertem sempre a favor dos eleitos "maioritariamente"

Outra solução poderia ser a dos votos dos abstencionistas presenciais diminuírem lugares de poder.

TRIBUTAÇÃO ESTATAL

Garantiram que "Não haverá aumento de impostos em 2015", óptimo.

Será que vão continuar a aplicar impostos sobre taxas como têm estado habituados a fazer?

Where is the study on environmental impact and public health?

Nobody informed the citizens about this matter, the pros and cons of an exploration of these dimensions.

Is there is anybody concerned about the real tectonic structures under the sea; the several seismic active faults or the possibility of a tsunami?

Ninguém informou os cidadãos de nada, nem  dos prós ou contras de uma exploração destas dimensões.

Alguém está preocupado com as estruturas tectónicas existentes  no mar e as várias falhas sísmicas activas ou com a possibilidade de tsunami?
